Started off going to another mechanic in the area, who ran a code scan, didn't check my van and then quoted me for work that he hadn't confirmed needed doing. So I went to Bridge where I explained my situation, and was incredibly walked through the entire process by Richard to help me feel listened to and looked after. He even called me out of their usual work hours to give me full, in depth reports on how the van was and what needded doing.
Him and the lads have consistently been top quality. I will definitely be a long term customer of bridge garage and recommend especially to young women in the area, these guys will genuinely take care of you and wont take advantage.
Also massive shout out to the absolutely WONDERFUL lady on reception, who is so so lovely over the phone.

A big thank you to Richard and all the team , after failing an MOT they took on the repair work .
And dealings with the warranty company and kept me updated at each level. The work carried out was to a high standard as they have all the latest equipment to do wheel alignment and adas calibration .After completing the work Richard phoned me and explained every thing that had been done and what to do with the warranty company it is very hard to find a genuine garage today but I will be definitely be using Bridge garage again.
