Fuel available after garage closing time so that was great.
Only garage in the area that I trust after having to use quite a lot of other garages in the last couple of years due to urgent repairs being needed. Bridge is always my first go to for repairs, however they are that popular that it can be hard to get an urgent repair done, but they are worth the wait if possible. I have used other local garages to my own detriment when bridge have had a week or more wait times and I needed it fixing ASAP, but I soon regretted it when other garages bodged everything...
Had a brake job to drop in very quick and expert work done. All staff helpful, efficient and friendly.
Started off going to another mechanic in the area, who ran a code scan, didn't check my van and then quoted me for work that he hadn't confirmed needed doing. So I went to Bridge where I explained my situation, and was incredibly walked through the entire process by Richard to help me feel listened to and looked after. He even called me out of their usual work hours to give me full, in depth reports on how the van was and what needded doing.
Him and the lads have consistently been top quality. I will definitely be a long term customer of bridge garage and recommend especially to young women in the area, these guys will genuinely take care of you and wont take advantage.
Also massive shout out to the absolutely WONDERFUL lady on reception, who is so so lovely over the phone.
