Really pleased with the service and cost

I called Richard as I had an issue with the handbrake on my car, I had already spent money trying to rectify the issue with another garage that changed things that actually didn’t need doing, I had also dealt with Ford who would not put the diagnostics machine on the car as they said they could only do that with the light on. I knew that the code would be there although the light kept coming on and off. Richard dug deep into trying to find the issue without it causing me huge extra costs. He repaired the problem and was very helpful in another matter I had with the car. Really pleased with the service and cost. Will be using again. Thank you.
